Since you said you customize with the Editor → Template Part is the better fit.

It keeps things “block theme native.”

You can drag it in your Single Template once, and it applies to all posts of that type.

Cleaner than pasting [shortcode] blocks everywhere.

👉 Use Shortcodes only when you want the fields inside post/page content.

👉 Use Template Parts for structured CPT layouts (like Properties, Portfolio, Listings).
